Consumption of ginger can be done in a variety of ways. You can add it to your favorite dish by peeling its root and grating it on the dish as a seasoning. If not this, you can also opt for ginger powder and use it in a similar manner. 

2.  Cinnamon

  • Avoiding foods that are difficult to digest such as fatty foods - pork and bacon, fried and greasy foods. You should also reduce your intake of sugar-rich foods, caffeine, dairy products, and most importantly alcohol.
  • Refrain from eating too many raw foods and that includes vegetarian salads. 
  • Ensure adequate water intake.
  • Don’t recline or go to bed immediately after eating. Give the food some time to digest.
